Silent Session is an in-person experience of shared silence built around sensory reduction. By removing common inputs - talking, phones, music - the session creates space to settle, notice, and reconnect with yourself, gently and without pressure.
This session follows a clear, supportive rhythm:
15 minutes to move from sound to silence
30 minutes of shared silence
15 minutes to move from silence back to sound
There is no teaching, no group sharing, and nothing to achieve. You’re invited to sit, lie down, or rest quietly. Journalling is welcome during the integration phase.
Many people find this practice especially helpful when sitting alone in silence feels difficult. The shared space allows you to be alone without being isolated.

What to bring: Optional mat, blanket, journal; comfortable clothing
