SILENT SESSION
Silent Session is a shared, non-verbal environment held under simple conditions.
It is for people who have already done inner work and want less input, less guidance, and more direct contact with experience.
Silence removes conversation, instruction, and social cues, so attention can meet itself more clearly.
Nothing is asked of you. No talking. No interaction. No guidance. No interpretation.
In silence, patterns become easier to notice:
where attention goes
where effort appears
how ambiguity is held
the urge to explain, fix or manage
coherence and fragmentation
This is a structured session for direct noticing.
Session Structure
15 minutes entering silence
30 minutes shared silence
15 minutes returning to sound
The session ends when the time ends.
Nothing is processed afterward.
Who Is It For
Silent Session is for reflective people who notice that words and frameworks sometimes add noise.
It may suit those who:
want space to meet attunement without instruction
are curious how attention and effort organise in silence
want an entry point into attunement without committing to 1:1 sessions
find sitting alone difficult and prefer a shared environment
Silent session is for people whose awareness is already present, and want a quiet condition where coherence and response can be noticed directly.
