Silent Session offers a pause from constant stimulation through shared silence and sensory reduction. The session is designed to support nervous-system regulation, presence, and reconnection without instruction, technique, or performance.

The structure is intentionally simple:

  • 15 minutes transitioning from sound to silence

  • 30 minutes of shared silence

  • 15 minutes transitioning from silence back to sound

Participants are free to move quietly, adjust posture, or leave if needed. Silence is held from start to finish, and the room is exited quietly to preserve the experience.

This session is suitable for:
