Silent session is for people whose awareness is already present, and want a quiet condition where coherence and response can be noticed directly.

Details

The structure is intentionally simple:

  • 15 minutes transitioning from sound to silence

  • 30 minutes of shared silence

  • 15 minutes transitioning from silence back to sound

Participants are free to move quietly, adjust posture, or leave if needed. Silence is held from start to finish, and the room is exited quietly to preserve the experience.

Silent Session is for reflective people who notice that words and frameworks sometimes add noise.

  • want space to meet attunement without instruction

  • are curious how attention and effort organise in silence

  • want an entry point into attunement without committing to 1:1 sessions

  • find sitting alone difficult and prefer a shared environment

No prior experience is required.

“A shared experience this island needs.”

“Great when sitting alone in silence gets tough.”

“The ability to be alone and simultaneously connected, I loved it.”
