space and time for being.

Silent Session is a facilitated silence designed around reducing sensory input so attention can soften and turn inward. By sitting in silence together, participants often find it easier to settle, regulate, and reconnect with their lived experience.

Each session includes:

  • 15 minutes to move from sound to silence

  • 30 minutes of shared silence

  • 15 minutes to integrate and transition back to sound

There is no talking, no phones, and no music. Chairs and cushions are provided; you’re welcome to bring your own mat or blanket. Journalling is welcome during integration.

This is a practice of simplicity: supporting clarity, body awareness, emotional processing, and a more conscious way of being.

Details

Silent Session is non-religious, non-dogmatic, and not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take care of themselves throughout.
